VEGETABLE OATS UPPMA

INEGRIDENTS:
oats-1cup
onions-1(finely chopped)
chillies-2(chopped)
groundnut seeds-1 teaspoon
urad dal-1teaspoon
chanadal-1 teaspoon
mustard seeds-few
jeera-few
green peas-1 tablespoon
carrot-1 tablespoon
salt
curry leaves-few
corriander-few (chopped)
water-2 cups
oil-2 tablespoons

HOW TO DO :
1. in a pan add oil


2. add mustardseeds,jeera,chanadal,uraddal,groundnut seeds and fry for a while


3. add onions,chillies,greenpeas,carrot and fry for a while


4. add water,salt,corriander leaves
bring to boil

5. add oats and cook for 5 mins

NOTE: ready to serve

Low Fat Low Calorie Chili Corn Sauce Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

Boneless, skinless chicken breast - 500g
Chicken soup stock - 1 cup
Red and green peppers - 1 each (diced)
Frozen corn - 1 cup
Green onions - 2 (chopped)
Lime juice - 2 tbsps
Chili powder - 1 to 2 teaspoons
Salt and pepper - add to taste
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon

HOW TO DO:
•Sprinkle some chili powder, salt and sugar on to the chicken. Grill the chicken until both sides are browned.
•In a skillet, add in the soup stock, chili powder, salt, pepper, sugar, lime juice, corn, green/red peppers and green onions. Bring to a boil.
•Simmer for 7 to 10 minutes. Then top off the chicken with this sauce, and serve.

This low fat low calorie recipe contains only 3 grams of fat, and 187 calorie

BAKED APPLES AND ICE CREAM

Ingredients:

•1 apple, cored
•2 tbsp. raisins
•½ c. light vanilla ice cream
•pinch of cinnamon
Utensils:

•apple corer (you'll need help from your adult assistant)
•measuring spoons
•measuring cup
•oven (you'll need help from your adult assistant)

HOW TO DO:

1.Take a cored apple and cut it in half.
2.Sprinkle raisins over the apple.
3.Place on a baking sheet and bake it in the oven for 15 minutes at 350° Fahrenheit (176° Celsius).
4.Remove the sheet from the oven and put a pinch of cinnamon over each apple half.
5.Place the ice cream over the apple halves.
Serves: 1

Serving size: 1 apple with ½ cup ice cream

Variations and suggestions:
Use a variety of dried fruit. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the ice cream.

BANANA BREAD

INTEGRIENTS:
•2 eggs
•1¾ c. sifted flour
•2 tsp. baking powder
•¼ tsp. baking soda
•½ tsp. salt
•1/3 c. vegetable oil
•2/3 c. sugar
•1 c. mashed bananas (about 3 bananas)

Utensils:

•oven (you'll need help from your adult assistant)
•measuring cups and spoons
•mixer
•sifter
•spatula
•small bowl
•medium-size bowl
•large bowl
•bread pan coated with nonstick cooking spray

HOW TO DO:

1.Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C).
2.Beat eggs well in a small bowl.
3.In a medium-size bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
4.In a large bowl, add the vegetable oil. Add the sugar a little bit at a time, and continue beating until the mixture is fluffy.
5.Add the eggs to the mixture in the large bowl and beat well.
6.Add some of the flour mixture to the large bowl and beat well. Then add some of the mashed bananas and beat some more. Continue adding flour, then bananas, then flour, then bananas, until everything is mixed in.
7.Pour mixture into the baking pan. Bake for 70 minutes.
8.Flip your banana bread out of the pan, let it cool for a bit, and cut it into slices to eat and share!

(2)TAKE A OVEN PLATE DO LIKE A SMALL SMALL ROUNDS IN PLATE .
(3)KEEP IT IN OVEN .

HOW TO DO:
(1) TAKE A BOWL PRAWN,CHILLI POWDER,PEANUT PASTE,SALT MIX TOGETHER.
(2) TAKE A PAN IN STOVE BABYCORN ,PEPPER FRY TOGETHER.
(3) TAKE ANOTHER PAN KEEP IN STOVE ADD OIL,SPICESES,ONION,GARLIC PASTE,BRINJAL,SOYA SUCES CHILLI POWDER, SALT ,CAPSIGAM MIX TOGETHER.
(4) MIX ALL (1)(2)IN (3)
NOTE:FRY THE BRINJAL IN WATER ADD TUMERIC POWDER.

WHITE SAUSE

INEGRENTS:

MILK-2 CUP
BUTTER-1/2tsp
GRAM FLOUR -1/2tsp

HOW TO DO :
TAKE A PAN AND PUT BUTTER IN SMALL STREAMAND POUR MILK IN PAN AFTER PUT GRAMFLOUR WELL .THEN READY TO SERVE . WHITE SAUSE IS READY.
